Join our experienced facilitators for the next Transformational Leadership Program (TLP). The TLP empowers leaders to enable positive change in a world filled with escalating and complex challenges. Anchored in a framework for transformational change across self, collective, and system levels, the program cultivates a community of practice. Participants reflect, connect, and equip themselves and build momentum towards impactful action in the face of transformational challenges. Through a diverse exploration of perspectives, tools, and techniques, participants are inspired to develop their power and capacity to advance progress toward social change and sustainability. Our Story
The Praxis Institute Transformational Leadership program was originally founded by a group of passionate individuals who wanted to create a platform for transformational leadership in the context of the U.N. Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). System shock was on our mind during the Covid pandemic. Climate change and international conflicts loomed large. Our planet's journey toward achieving Agenda 2030 has since become even more challenging and complex. We have designed and delivered a program for existing leaders, ourselves included, in which people can learn from each other how to navigate today's systemic shocks more effectively.

Our team has over sixty years of experience in leadership training, international cooperation and sustainable development. As a collective, we've worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds and organizations on every continent and in numerous countries and cultures.
The integral roots of our program are strong and we believe that every individual has the potential to create a positive impact in the world. It is our mission to help them empower themselves to do so.
