At The Praxis Institute for Transformational Leadership, we believe that today's leadership is about more than just managing people and resources. The Challenge
The UN-backed 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda offers a brilliant blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future. But, it is a very challenging agenda!

Today, multiple crises are stalling progress on Agenda 2030. Worse still, hard-won progress on some goals is trending backwards.
War in Ukraine. War in the Middle East. Climate Change.
​COVID 19 exhaustion. Political polarization. Economic instability. Eco-grief. Mass migration. Systemic oppression. These are just a handful of the accelerating pressures that are triggering personal and organizational burnout among our global community of sustainability leaders. Complex, interlinked challenges that play out at different scales, from the local to the global require unique leadership.

As a safe space for peer learning, collective inquiry and experimentation, participants engage with leadership models and approaches to transformational change needed to navigate times of crisis. The Program supports this exploration by building and deepening personal, organizational and systems-level capacities in a positive, inspiring format that is immediately applied.
